At New Hope, missions aren’t just something we do they are part of who we are. Jesus calls us to make disciples of all nations, and that starts with loving and serving people right where we are and extending that love to the ends of the earth. From our own neighborhoods to countries across the globe, we are committed to going, giving, praying, and sending so that others may know the hope found in Christ.
The Purpose of Missions
The heartbeat of our missions work is simple: share the Gospel, demonstrate God’s love, and equip others to live out their faith. We believe missions are not only about meeting spiritual needs but also addressing practical ones. Like feeding the hungry, caring for the vulnerable, and supporting communities in ways that bring lasting change. Every effort, whether large or small, points people to the ultimate hope we have in Jesus.

Where We Serve
Our mission work reaches both across the street and across the globe.

Globally, we partner with and support missionaries already serving in some of the world’s most underserved areas. Through ongoing funding, communication, and prayer, we help them bring the love of Jesus to those who need it most. This includes ministries like The Gem Foundation, Destiny Rescue, and faithful missionaries such as the Aukermans, the Gallants, the Johnsons, and the Wyatts.

Locally, we serve right here in our community by meeting practical needs, offering encouragement, and walking alongside people where they're at in their current situations . Our outreach includes Backpack Ministry, Jail Ministry, Mission25, and The Clothing Closet, The Center, Lifewise Academy, and more.

How You Can Get Involved
Missions is for everyone. Whether you feel called to go on a trip, serve in your own community, or support from home, there is a place for you. You can join a local outreach team, sign up for an upcoming mission trip, or commit to praying regularly for our missionaries. You can also give financially to fund projects and provide resources where they are most needed. And for those sensing God’s call to full-time missions, we want to walk with you as you take that step of faith.
